The KulturForum Burscheid sees itself as an open house for everyone—a place where cultural diversity is celebrated. Whether it's concerts, theater, exhibitions, readings, films, or parties, the program is vibrant and diverse. The aim is to provide a stage for both local clubs and initiatives as well as artists from beyond the region.
The former "Haus der Kunst" (House of Art) has a long tradition as a cultural meeting place, and the new KulturForum Burscheid builds on exactly this tradition. But it also thinks ahead: In times of demographic change, new ideas are needed to keep city centers vibrant. Culture becomes key in this effort—as a place to linger, to exchange ideas, and to experience.
The KulturForum Burscheid is part of the "Integrated Development and Action Plan Burscheid 2025" and the "Intermunicipal Concept Burscheid | Wermelskirchen 2030."
